How do you deal with a jetlag?
This year many more people are travelling for the Holidays. If you are getting on a plane for the first time in a while this is how you can feel great during your trip & when you come home
Here are my 10 tips that we have learned in recent years: 1. Don't use caffeine in the morning before boarding the plane 2. Look what time it is at your destination and try to keep that rhythm by possibly sleeping on the plane 3. Choose a window seat and bring a neck pillow . Turn that to the inside side of the plane and you have a stable pillow to lie against 4. Bring a sleep mask for the flight . 5. Don't eat on the #flight . Your diet determines your citrian rhythm, you only eat when you gt to your detination and eat at the local time so you will be in rhythm faster 6. Not going to #sleep until around 10pm at destination 7. Bring melatonin, 5htp and magnesium for the first 2 nights 8. Go for a half hour walk in the morning outdoors when you arrive & get exposure to sunlight 9. Do a hard workout day 1 10.
