We are open 24/7 to all registered members
Staff is available during "staffed hours" as follows:
Monday 12 pm -7 pm
Tuesday 12 pm -7 pm
Wednesday 12 pm -7 pm
Thursday 12 - 7 pm
Friday 12- 5 pm
Saturday 11 am - 3pm
How do I access the gym 24/7
You will be provided with a key fob so that you can enter the #gym whenever you desire.
How Do I Sign Up?
You can drop by the #gym during staffed hours, e-mail us for an appointment or sign up on the website. If you sign up on the website you will need to come in to pick up your key fob and sign a waiver.
Do you have Covid protocols in place?
Yes we have significant protocols. You can access these here. We have invested in surgical grade air filters so that the air feels clean and pure. We want everyone to feel safe in the space.
What Equipment Do You Have?
We have brand new TechnoGym strength training equipment. 2 floors of gym weight equipment including a large selection of freeweights, machines, and cardio. We have 3 squat racks, a Smith Machine, tonnes of plates and dumbbells, an assisted pullup/dip machine, cables, TRX, a functional training area and more. Cardio includes treadmills, a Woodway treadmill, a stairclimber, elipticals, spin bikes
Do You Offer Classes?
We currently put our Teen Fitness class on hold, but will resume soon.
Do You Offer Personal Training?
Yes. We have highly qualified amazing Trainers available. With more than 15 years experience the Trainers here can help you with your fitness goals including strength training, body recomposition, weight loss, injury management or accountability

How Much Does Personal Training Cost?
We are able to creat custom packages for you!! We offer a complimentary session where we talk about your goals and then determine what it will take to rech them. We offer personal training only or personal training and nutrition plans. Packages start at $60
Is the Outdoor Gym open?
The outdoor gym is currently not open.
