Our in-house certified specialist operates directly from our facility, giving clients access to both advanced rehab support and the full range of training equipment needed for recovery and performance.

Teri is our Certified Personal Trainer and an experienced Physiotherapist with thousands of hours working alongside clients on a wide range of injuries and recovery goals. Her expertise spans various aspects of physiotherapy-focused training, including:

1. Choose Your trainer

Choose from one of our four certified personal trainers and book your first consultation. Your trainer will act as your dedicated coach—here to guide, challenge, and support you every step of the way.

2: Start With an Intro Session

Once you've selected your Personal Trainer and booked your consultation, come in for your assessment and intro session. Your trainer will evaluate your fitness level and start building you  a personalized plan.

3. Build Your Plan

After a few sessions, you and your trainer will have built a strong foundation and a clear plan moving forward. This may include a nutrition guide, customized home workouts, stretching routines, and a cardio plan tailored to your goals.

4. Stick With it & See Results

Stay consistent with your personalized plan, and you’ll see real results within 6–8 weeks. With a strong foundation in place, you can continue progressing independently, checking in with your trainer every month or two to track progress and adjust your plan as needed.

Teri Hvizdova

Physio Trainer

Teri obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from the Medical University of Slovakia and completed
a Master’s Degree in Sport Exercise and Health at the University of Portsmouth in the UK. She has since worked in various rehabilitation settings in Canada and Europe and has over 8 years of clinical experience in assessment and treatment.
