If you have a beloved dog that you don’t want to lose what do you do to make sure you won’t lose her?
You put in a fence
You put in a gate
You put a tracker on their collar….
Ok so you may not want to put a fence around your fridge but the same principal applies…
What do you do to make sure that you are getting optimal nutrition into your body? To stay on track with your goals?
Do you keep avalanche foods in your house? Or stock your fridge with healthy choices?
Do you have a plan for the week of what you will eat?
Do you track & report what you eat?
If you want to prevent your dog from running away and getting lost do you let them out with no collar to just run wild?
NOPE you work hard to keep track of the things you love
Your body is the same
If you are in great shape right now you are probably aware of how much exercise you are doing & what you are eating…..
SO the point is to……….
Keep track of the things you love so they don’t disappear
……Have a gate for the dog
……..Get the dog familiar with its territory they wont go outside limits
……….Reward for staying in the limits
These work for dogs but they also work great for your diet
Know your limits,
