You probably know that quality sleep is one of the best-ways to boost productivity.   Yet, so many of us overlook the powerful impact of restful nights. 


 Let’s uncover the top 5 secrets to better sleep and how it can transform your day:

1️⃣ Master Your Circadian Rhythm – Sync your body clock with natural light cycles to feel more alert during the day and sleepier at night.  This means getting up and getting 10 minutes of sun early in the day-whether walking or just sitting


2️⃣ Set a Sleep Routine – Bed time routines are not just for kids!! Adults need them too.  Your nighty night routine should involve a hot shower or bath (this lowers body temp), something relaxing like reading (not on your phone) and planning for the next day if are someone who worries.  Go to bed at the same time each night.   

Going to bed and waking up at the same time every day trains your brain to unwind and reset efficiently.


3️⃣ Limit Screen Time – Blue light from screens can trick your brain into thinking it’s daytime. Wind down with a book or meditation instead!


4️⃣ Mind What You Eat – Avoid heavy meals, caffeine, and alcohol for 3 hours before bed for deeper, uninterrupted sleep.


5️⃣ Create a Sleep Sanctuary – Your bedroom should be a peaceful escape. Declutter, dim the lights, and invest in a good mattress.
