A clean, well-organized gym helps everyone have a better experience. It creates a safer training environment, supports good hygiene, and makes our space welcoming for both long-time members and those just getting started.


Maintaining that environment is a team effort, and a few simple habits go a long way.


Clean Indoor Shoes Only

Wearing clean, indoor-only shoes is one of the easiest and most effective ways to help keep our gym clean. Shoes worn outside can track in dirt, moisture, and debris that quickly spread across training floors, turf, and mats.


This is becoming especially important with salt, as it can do serious damage to equipment.


By changing into clean gym shoes, you help:

  • Keep floors and equipment cleaner

  • Protect our training surfaces

  • Maintain a safer, more comfortable space for everyone


This small step makes a noticeable difference in the overall cleanliness of the gym.


Please Take Your Belongings With You

To help keep shared spaces clear and organized, we ask that members take all personal belongings with them when they leave. Items such as shoes, water bottles, clothing, and bags left behind can create clutter and make it harder for others to enjoy the space.


Keeping personal items with you helps us maintain an organized and welcoming environment for everyone.


Next time you come into the gym, please check the cubbies in the back, as quite a few of those items have been at the gym for some time and will be disposed of if not taken soon.


A Tidy Gym Is a Safer Gym

Returning weights, accessories, and equipment to their proper places helps prevent trips, clutter, and unnecessary hazards. Clear walkways and organized training areas allow everyone to move safely and focus on their workout.

Supporting Hygiene for All

Wiping down equipment after use is an important part of keeping our gym clean and comfortable. With many people using the same equipment each day, these small actions help reduce the spread of germs and keep the space feeling fresh.
