Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This balanced class blends the energizing power of Yang with the grounding calm of Yin. In the first half, we move through strong, dynamic poses that build heat and strengthen the skin, muscles, and bones—cultivating Yang (solar) energy. The second half shifts into deep, restorative Yin postures, targeting the joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia to release tension and connect with your inner self.
