Kate Gordon

Kate is a certified yoga teacher and has been a practitioner of this ancient tradition for over 20 years.

Yoga has been Kate's grounding force, offering a space where she can find balance, clarity, and strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. With  an extensive background as a professional actor and movement practitioner and teacher, Kate brings a unique perspective of the connection between the body and breath as a tool for fostering a deeper understanding of oneself.

Her classes are a blend of dynamic sequencing and mindful breath work, designed to create a space where students can meet themselves as they are without judgement. Through this practice, Kate's aim is for students to leave class with more grace, clarity and ease —qualities they can then carry into their daily lives off the mat.

Sana

Yoga found Sana in 2018, and she has been a yoga practitioner for 7+ years. What started as a simple practice quickly became a journey of self-discovery and connection. She completed her 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Koh Samui, Thailand, in January 2022.

For Sana, yoga is more than movement. It’s about presence, release, and awareness. In her classes, she offers an experience that encourages practitioners to move intentionally and connect deeply beyond the physical practice.

Sana also loves play and AcroYoga jams in the summer, inviting lightness, joy, and community through movement.
