Avinash is a certified Yoga Teacher & Reiki Healer from India with extensive expertise in Classical Hatha & Vinyasa Style Yoga, teaching in Toronto since 2021. Passionate about guiding students towards holistic well-being, he incorporates adjustments and precise alignment cues in his classes which are easy to understand for beginners as well as advanced practitioners.

Avinash enriches sessions with breathwork techniques and inspirational yogic insights to keep the practice engaging and transformative. His skill set includes anatomy, breathwork & meditation techniques, and Sanskrit proficiency, enhancing his ability to teach and deepen students' yoga experience. With a knack for interpersonal communication and event planning, Avinash also excels in conducting corporate workshops and community-building yoga events, fostering a supportive environment for personal growth and spiritual development.
Colleen Kimmayong
Colleen is a trauma-informed yoga instructor and personal trainer. She is also a pre/postnatal fitness coach and aspires to become a midwife someday. Her wide-range of interests include: Functional mobility, stability/balance, grounding, tapping into one's own intuition, the gut microbiome, mental wellness, herbalism and spirituality.
Zeina Beidas
Zeina is a certified Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga Instructor and a lifelong yoga practitioner. She has been taught by over 25+ yoga instructors over the world and across various disciplines including Ashtanga, Power, Kundalini, Bikram, and Budokon Yoga. Her classes are fundamentally rooted in these disciplines and infused with modern approaches to fitness to help practitioners experience the physical, emotional, and psychological benefits of Yoga.
Zeina’s classes are rooted in the vinyasa and hatha yoga tradition, where she emphasizes mindful movement and a linking of movement to breath. Her goal is to help students - of all ages, levels, and walks of life - learn about their bodies and its capacity to move in different ways - so as to cultivate mindful, fluid movement that creates strength and space in the body."
Liana Furhmann
Liana is a passionate yoga teacher from Germany who discovered yoga during her university years as a way to manage stress and anxiety. Captivated by the transformative power of the practice, she pursued her dream of becoming a yoga teacher by completing her first yoga teacher training on the sunny island of Koh Phangan, Thailand, in 2022. Since then, she has taught in many countries across Southeast Asia and completed advanced yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India. Liana's favorite styles are vinyasa and yin yoga, bringing a harmonious blend of energy and tranquility to her classes.
Pranchal Sharma
Introducing Pranchal Sharma, an accomplished individual with a remarkable background in the field of yoga. Boasting 8 years of practical competitive experience and 4 years of teaching expertise, Pranchal has established himself as a prominent figure in the field. Hailing from India, Pranchal not only holds the title of a yoga champion but also embraces the endearing name of "Yoga Master" bestowed upon him by individuals.He is proficient in teaching various yoga styles including Vinyasa flow, Gentle Hatha yoga, Intermediate yoga flow, Advanced yoga, Yin Yoga, and Traditional Styles of yoga followed by several meditation techniques, providing a holistic approach to mind-body wellness. The ultimate goal of his teaching is to share profound knowledge about yoga and fitness, to help people to become healthier and happier. He is fully dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey towards overall well-being. Pranchal’s strong determination to excel in the field drives him consistently to make significant contributions that positively impact others.
