Fit Flow/Sweat & Flow

At Kondition Wellness, our Fit Flow class begins with Fusion, a dynamic conditioning workout that targets the entire body. This segment combines hard-core Pilates exercises with Athletic-style yoga and endurance training, aiming to create a fully toned physique and elevate your fitness level. Utilizing weights, Pilates balls, blocks, resistance bands, and more, the first half of the class is high-energy, challenging your endurance while detoxifying your system.
The second half transitions into vinyasa-style yoga, flowing seamlessly from pose to pose with each breath. This beautiful and dynamic flow incorporates standing postures, balance postures, detoxifying twists, pranayama, and mudra. The focus is on elongating your muscles, enhancing flexibility, and building strength in both body and mind. This class welcomes all levels, offering a complete and invigorating experience.
