This is a 45 mins express class which focuses on medium paced energizing movements in coordination with breathwork. Hit this class for instant energy boost while the body and mind move through a graph of supine warmup followed by sun salutations, standing, balance & bending postures and finally relaxing in a deep Shavasana.
